General:

1. I am at least 18 years old (21 years old in some jurisdictions) and/or I am of legal age to view adult material.

2. The sexually explicit material I am viewing from hardhornyme.com is for my own personal use and I will never expose minors to such material.

3. I desire and choose to receive the sexually explicit material contained in hardhornyme.com.

4. I do not find sexually explicit material to be obscene or offensive in any way. I do not find adult content offensive or objectionable. I believe that as an adult I have the right to choose what I see and read, and I am choosing to enter hardhornyme.com to view adult content.

5. The viewing, reading, downloading or accessing of the material and images, videos, etc; on hardhornyme.com do not violate the laws or standards of the community where I am accessing it from. I am not visiting hardhornyme.com from the jurisdiction of any municipality, city, state, country, or other governmental entity where viewing adult content is prohibited by law. I understand the standards and laws of the community from where I am visiting hardhornyme.com from, and I have made every reasonable effort to determine whether viewing adult content is legal - I have determined that it is not illegal for me to visit hardhornyme.com.

6. I am wholly liable for any false disclosures and solely responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from viewing, reading, downloading, uploading, or accessing material and images, videos, etc; contained within hardhornyme.com. Furthermore, neither hardhornyme.com nor its affiliates, associates, or representatives will be held responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of any fraudulent entry into or use of this website and/or materials contained herein. By entering hardhornyme.com, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the providers, owners, creators, affiliates, associates or representatives of hardhornyme.com from any and all liability which might arise from viewing or accessing the adult content on this website.

7. I will not copy, upload, transmit, transfer, distribute, publish, modify or use any materials from hardhornyme.com for any commercial or other purpose any of the material on this website, including the underlying HTML source code, without permission in writing and signed by the owner of the material.

8. If I use these services in violation of this Agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local, state, federal, international or other law. And I am solely responsible for all legal ramifications for doing so.

9. I understand that by entering this site, I have entered into a legal agreement with hardhornyme.com. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction; it shall not affect the enforceability of the other portions of this Agreement.

10. I understand that by maintaining a membership with hardhornyme.com that hardhornyme.com has the right to send me email messages or site notifications to the email I registered with pertaining to my membership, including, but not limited to, personal message updates, friend request notifications, profile comment notifications, newsletters, promotions, contests, etc; and can in no way hold hardhornyme.com liable for doing so.



Image Policies:

1. Profile Images must be tasteful. Nude/Naked images are permitted, but must NOT be sexually explicit in nature.

2. ALL other images must be uploaded to the appropriate category. Images that are not uploaded to the correct category may be moved to the appropriate category or deleted by administration at their discretion. Uploading images to the wrong category repeatedly or excessively may led to account suspension or deletion.

3. No illegal material such as, but not limited to, child pornography, bestiality, or other obscenity.



Community Policies:

1. Profiles or communications of any kind may not contain any hate speech or material where the obvious intent is to be disrespectful, hateful, or discriminatory of other members, groups, or persons. Doing so may led to account suspension or deletion by administration. I also understand that posting material that is slanderous, defamatory or libel that I can be held legally liable for doing so. I also agree that if any member of hardhornyme.com posts material about me that is slanderous, defamatory or libel, I will not hold hardhornyme.com, nor any providers, owners, creators, affiliates, associates, representatives of hardhornyme.com from any and all liability which might arise from said incidence.

2. NO Posting of private communications between parties where either party has an expected right to privacy. Such as, but not limited to personal messages, instant messages(IM), emails, etc;

3. Profiles need to have a minimum amount of information.
  • At least 30% (that's 6 of the 20 details) of your "My Detail" section should be answered.
  • Your "About Me" Section must contain at least 250 characters (that's about 35-50 words).
  • A Profile Image that meets the profile image guideline outlined in Image Policies of this agreement.

Completing other sections is at your discretion. This guideline is aimed at creating a site that is useful, functional and beneficial to other community members. The more information you provide about yourself in other sections of your profile, the more interaction you will receive from other community members.

4. Advertising and promotional materials are allowed in profiles by reputable businesses, blogs, service providers, charities, etc;. NO affiliate programs are permitted. Your profile must be approved for ads and promotional purposes by the site administrators in advance. Any advertisers, ads or promotional material not approved or is deemed "unfit" for display or is considered a "nuisance" to members will be removed by administration. Use of the messaging system to "spam" members will NOT be tolerated and will lead to account deletion. Advertisers are expected to direct members to their profile to obtain initial information about said products or services before directing them off-site. Directing members to sites that contain, but not limited to, illegal material, viruses, malware, worms, spyware, pyramid schemes, completing "offers" to receive "free" products, or contain false or misleading statements are PROHIBITED. Any person or entity advertising or promoting a product or service must do so in a respectful, non-aggressive manner. HardHornyMe.com does NOT however endorse, guarantee, or warrant any claim made, written or expressed, by advertisers in profiles or other communications unless done so directly in writing by HardHornyme.com. 5. Copyrighted material is prohibited unless you have expess written permission or a licence to use and distribute said material.

6. If your account is suspended for any reason you must comply with the moderators instructions before your account will be un-suspended. Your account will be deleted if you do not bring it into compliance with the sites Terms of Service within 14 days.

7. Accounts may be suspended or deleted at anytime by administration at our discretion.

HardHornyMe.com recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information shared by members and visitors to our website, therefore, HardHornyMe.com will in no way, sell, distribute, or rent any personal private information about you to any third parties for any purpose whatsoever.
